Agenda

  • Discuss upcoming deadlines: Aug 9th second iteration of website due, August 16th first usability test, August 30th changes to site based on usability test
  • How are we reviewing content? Are we reading up on each other's pages? How should we provide feedback? Should we just make changes or suggest original user to make changes? (This will guide how our users make changes--should be put in User Manual as suggested means of making changes.)
  • Uniform style for entire wiki? At the moment it seems we are all designing pages in different styles...how do we want to address style? Should we be using a particular template for new pages?
  • Usability questions: What are we evaluating? Are we evaluating how content is organized? Are we evaluating how easy the wiki interface is to use (how easy it is to create/edit pages, upload images, etc.? Or are we evaluating if this wiki answers the community's needs regarding the question: "What is informatics?"
